Allegheny County’s Whole Home Repairs Program will accept applications from Monday, October 16 to Friday, November 17. Applicants must have an income that does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income for Allegheny County and live in a house in need of repairs within the county. For reference, the income limit is $56,250 for a single person household and $80,300 for a four-person household. The program is being administered by ACTION Housing. ACTION Housing includes an income table for other sized households.
