A municipal lien letter is needed when there is a title transfer including for cash transactions. This webpage will be updated soon to outline what is needed before a lien letter can be issued.
Property taxes are paid to Patricia Hyatt. You can mail or drop off tax payments at her office, located at 1611 Main Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15215. You can call her directly at 412-781-7749.
Ms. Hyatt is in the office Mondays and Tuesdays during the collection period but payments can be dropped off at the administrative office if you come on another day. Be advised that boorough staff cannot provide a receipt for tax payments as only the tax collector can do so.
